Yes, current PB SQLite version = 3.21.
Lots of bug fixes since then and Window function support added!
Brief scan of SQLite's magellan thwart is adding the "SQLITE_DBCONFIG_DEFENSIVE" option.
When enabled, the underlying schema is read only.
