Forum topics associated with PB Help catalog items

Authors of any topic, including previous topics, need to associate a topic with the corresponding Help directory of pb to facilitate classification and search for additional assistance.
Topic Format:
/title\Catalog Item Name
Subject authors are obliged to optimize the subject content, when the topic has shared value, the topic should be added "+" before the issue to indicate the recommendation.
