After opening in the IDE for instance the "Compiler Options" dialog and then pressing [F1], nothing happens (encountered with PB 5.62 on Windows). When I click with the mouse somewhere in the main IDE window and then press [F1], then the help opens and shows the table of contents.
I would appreciate it, when e.g. the "Compiler Options" dialog is open, pressing [F1] would always open the help, and would show directly the chapter about compiler options. The help does work this way in some other programs.
