pbcompiler --listpath should create dirs or show an error

pbcompiler --listpath should create dirs or show an error

pbcompiler --listpath "/tmp/lists/" --listfunctions
The above program call doesn't create a directory named "lists" and no error message is displayed.

It would be nice if one of the events mentioned would happen.
