Procedures not showing in project

When i Start a Project, there are a lot of files included in the project. When i go to the toolpanel, where the project tab and the procedures tab are activated. I can see on the tab of project all the files that are included in the project. Thats good. Keep it clean.
But then i go to the procedures tab, I only see the active procedure in file that is opened. Not the whole list of procedures that are used in the project.
That is anoying when I want to make a Procedures and it happend that the name already was used. Or I want to call a procedures but cant remember its name. Then is easyer to have a list on the side that give me a overview of all used procedures in the project.
I do not know how to put a picture here on the forum. Otherwise I could post one here that showes how its done by Andrej Hocevar white IDeal.
