Also add these to OpenWindow, Resize and other places related to windows which doesn't support them yet.
Creating a Window/Dialog is a pain in the arse when you open a window where you expect your Width & Height to be what you set, then it just show up that its larger because borders are added.
Could be added as optional at the end so not to interfere with already made code.
