You don't have to do anything. Only gadgets that are moved or enlarged need to be registered.

Sorry for the (hopefully last) dumb question: But even those gadgets (that don't need to be registered) will
be displayed correctly on a monitor with a different dpi because of how this module handles the window resizing?
