CPU-Bar - Processorusage-Bar

Beschreibung:
A little bar which shows the cpu usage with some setting-possibilities. You can change the bar-position, length, color, and the update-rate.
It's not a big thing, but i was disturbed by the big app in the sidebar, so i made a small one which stays in foreground. The program starts in the taskbar. With a right-click on the tray-icon you can quit the program and change the settings.
