Canvas Gadget PB_Canvas_Container Option missing

As the title says, #PB_Canvas_Container option is missing from the Form Designer attributes panel.
Also, when the User selects this option it will often be the case that gadgets in the Canvas Container need to be positioned in relation to a Canvas image - but the Form Designer does not offer the ability to load an image on the Canvas either......
