[Ok] W10 : keyboard problem

Hello, I want to change the delay (ms) when I keep a key pressed to start the key repetition. But I do not find the right window.

It is inside the "old" control panel: keyboard.

How can I access to it? I lost myself in all the configuration pages...

Open a Windows "Run" box (press Win+R), then type the following and press Enter:
