Hello.

I used Japanese to English on DeepL transfer service.

Copyright (C) 2019-2020 Hiroyuki Yokota ( oryaaaaa )
By improving the internal state of the CPU, it is possible to reduce the noise that worsens the image and sound quality of the PC.

High image quality, high sound quality, and beautiful printing with a load factor of 0.00%. It is possible to maintain a clean condition always by the service registration (SYSTEM). Even in a poor quality power supply environment, it is as if a high quality power supply is used, so you can avoid problems that cannot be reproduced It helps to solve the problem. If you want to port it, you can use different operating systems, such as Linux and MacOS, and different internal structure of the CPU. It is also portable to ARM and SPARC.

64-bit MMX with full-bit "1" and full-bit "0" in the process of writing to memory Memory writes to an averaged internal state of the memory chip by successive inversion bits. This averaged electronic bit reference is used to determine the internal state of the CPU, rather than the motherboard's power criteria. ... By replacing the internal state of the memory chip with the internal state of the memory chip, it makes everything in the computer jitterless. Because PCs operate based on reading and writing memory, the internal state of the CPU is transferred in memory. I believe that reliability will improve if they are matched.

How to run
"MinorityClean.exe" run, Changes occur after 60 seconds.

Stop effect
Shutdown and power off.

keep effect
Kill process by task-manager, Windows re-start.

result
High-Quality Display, High-Quality Print, High-Quality Sound.
The LCD monitor looks beautiful in gradation like organic EL.
Printing is as high quality and beautiful as commercial printing.
The sound is on par with the high quality sound player.

Trouble reports have not been reported even if they depend on many users.

Assembler instructions used Intel x64 FPU MMX SSE2
Up to 32 cores (up to 32 threads)

Environment that worked.
Intel Core i5-8400 and other Intel Core series Windows PCs
60 seconds after EXE resides, the CPU state is adjusted to the memory chip standard.
If you run it on a guest OS in a virtual environment, the effect will have an effect on the host OS.

Main effects
On the LCD monitor, the gradation is clean and clear like an OLED, with no noise, and the text is clear.
The sound output is the sound quality of a high quality sound player.

It runs in an infinite loop, terminates at shutdown, and terminates at forced termination of the process.
Event monitoring program is not incorporated for quality priority.

<<Scientific evidence as a hypothetical image>>

In the process of writing to memory, a full-bit "1" and a full-bit "0" is written to memory.
64-bit MMX memory writes can be performed with successive inverted bits to
The internal state of a memory chip is averaged.

In the buffer of averaged memory
Digital noise is very unlikely to occur.

Hi,

This is a very interesting software.
It seems even my old Xeon L5630 work with this.

But I'm curious about why "All core any cures" destroyed the keyboard, mouse, and printer after a long period of use?

The enhanced sounds also brings you in a state of trance with a nice spring flower odor and a buzzing sensation surrounding you. But no longer than 3 hours or your cpu registers will blend together.

Just by throwing in random buzz words like buffer registry internal state noise military grade doesnt make it feasible especially with zero scientic facts or proof. Maybe add the word bitwise quantization, also sounds hitech. Didnt know any code could destroy a pc too. Its just manipulating memory addresses like it always does. Cpus cant self destruct by design. All have termal shutdown. Poof crash.

Well if it makes you happy, proceed. Theres a strong effect called placebo.

'All core any cures' is based on the criteria logically calculated in the CPU's registers and The power supply to the motherboard can cause the standards to be out of sync with the memory modules's power supply. The difference between memory and motherboard electronic bit standards is preserved, so that the PCIE It causes digital jitter on the bus, damaging all components of the PCIE bus.

Yes. I could it and PERFECT results!
I needed 5 years of research from 'All core any cures' to be sure of the evidence for improvement.

Thank you.

UPDATE!

I find it difficult to find the right optierung for each processor type, the used mainboard hardware and the OS version.
Besides the EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) problem which can lead to a repetition of the data packet on the serial PCIe, it is also difficult to find the correct division between the data exchange from the memory and the serial PCIe controller.
As soon as you have found the right option for PCIe graphics output, it is immediately invalid if you connect an external PCIe SSD hard disk.

If you want to cancel the processor internal optimization of the data stream of the PCIe channels?

Those who do not know Japanese history and the people of Japan will
probably not understand the meaning and content of this video.

Can I just ignore it?

Not on this topic. It will be a jitterless CPU utility. compared to the period in 2014. in Taiwan.
The design of the motherboard has been improved, so this is no longer a major issue.

In my country Japan, computers are powered by 100V voltage.
The problem is that since nuclear power has been banned, the voltage changes every 15 minutes.
This change has caused all sorts of problems.

Therefore, it has the support of users in countries where there are no nuclear power plants.
