The versioning seem a bit weird... having "beta" in the version number when it's simply bug fixes?

Bug fixing can cause regressions, so I think it's appropriate. But in the end they are just words. :)
Final for example never ever meant all the known bugs were fixed.

It's not out yet, as the bug fixes needs to be tested. What's wierd ?

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
