Sorry, I can't understand why you released the 5.21 final version without fixing this bug (tested with PB 5.21 final on Windows XP x86).
This bug did not exist in PB 5.20 final, it was newly introduced in one of the 5.21 beta versions. Although in PB 5.20 there were some unexpected SpinGadget events, the Gadget was usable. Since in PB 5.21 final the SpinGadget is broken now, we'll still have to use PB 5.20 for all programs that contain a SpinGadget.

You are right, I just missed this one. I have quickly uploaded a new 5.21 LTS for Windows including this important fix. Just download it again and it should be OK.
