Another option is to use PureVision, it has a built in "PureSkin Maker" which allows you to easily create and skin your Forms.

Some years ago, i did use Skincrafter to create some purebasic windows tools with wild GUI's. The interface code is still here.

People who like skinned applications, can use windowblinds to skin their windows including all the applications running on it. Imagine running 5 applications and each of them uses a different proprietary GUI skin and the user additionally uses windowblinds because he actually likes GUI skins.
