PureBasic Survival Guide

Post by blueznl »

The PureBasic Survival Guide is a non-official set of pages to help newcomers and converts starting with PureBasic.

Change of website!

You'll find the guide here:

http://ninelizards.com/purebasic/index.htm

It's also available as a download (which may be older and / or incomplete though):

http://ninelizards.com/purebasic/survival_guide.zip

Fred wrote: I don't think we will update the docs at all, the readme seems ok :P .
Besides... who needs docs? real programmers figure it out themselves :-)

... but if you're one of those not so much a real programmer here's a little tip... i've updated parts of the survival guide to support pb v4.00...

http://www.xs4all.nl/~bluez/datatalk/purebasic.htm

Make sure you read it before asking dumb questions :-) better yet, ask dumb questions so i can tell you i don't know either :-)

Update.

blueznl, can I download your guide from somewhere? I can't get to your site, ever. It always times out on me. Sould be good to post a copy of your site in readable form on PureArea.net where everyone could download and read it. In HTML or CHM format?

Regards.
