Thanks Bisonte
I translated the last forgotten words into English.
I thought to make a .LNG file, but all my basic dialogs are in French, so I have to change the default language (many text :? ) or find French-speaking translators

In the meantime, here is a new version.
  • New! You can now view images files (JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF! (also anaimated GIF) by drop file over green zone.
  • You can launch any document associated in Windows (ie: PDF, XLS, DOC etc) by drop over green zone

I also improved the "About box" ...

...to add some PureBasic propaganda

Freeware - Download - History
Use the setup version preferably.
Install over the old version (without uninstalling)
Keep your INI file

New version 3.11

3 new functions

  • The Drop Zone now reads the text files (* .txt, * .ini) with its own internal viewer.
UTF-8, Unicode and ASCII encoding are automatically recognized.
The window can remain above the others and the line return can be modified (wordwarp)
(Thanks to Dobro who gave me a solution that divide by 100! the loading time in EditorGadget.
in my computer a 25 Mo text file (390 000 line) was loaded in 350ms instead of many seconds)
  • The internal text vewer can now edit files. (Sorry not full translated for the moment)
    Image
  • The Drop Zone now can receive any selection text and save it as file (usefull to save code sample)
Drag any selected text with mouse over green zone
If not exist, a new folder will be created on desktop (name: Note_ + username())
Each note will be save in that folder with a Time-stamped name (Note_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS)
(system remove format (ie: HTML tags))
A "toast" is displayed 2 sec on top of screen to indicate that the new file was created.

Yes, all forms (18) of this software are made with the internal Form Designer.

History
Enjoy

Hello,

New version 3.16.17

  • DPI aware
  • Drop zone can launch music (and some sound) files (MP3, M4A, FLAC, OGG, WAV)

    Image

Old screenshot in french (software is in english too and clock speak english)
Image

Freeware - Windows only - switch Fr / Us - No registry use
Info and Download

This program is entirely realized using the internal functions of PureBasic, with the exception of the WebRadio function that PB does not manage (unfortunately, but perhaps one day?) and which requires the external library fmodex.dll (Firelight Technologies)
Yes, all forms (23!) were made with the internal FormDesigner.

Enjoy

PS @Denis, yes, ACME GFX Tool is still avalaible, follow beta page on my website

Hi again,

Since my program (ACME Desk) uses the Movie library to play the sounds, I had the idea to make it play the videos.

Drop vidéo ("AVI", "MP4", "MPG", "MPEG", "DIVX") over green zone (time and date) and it start. 8)

This player is not very sophisticated, it only displays a simple video window. To stop, click on the stop button on the audio player, because if you just close the window, the sound continues. :( (but you can stop it with Stop button)

 It does much less than a normal video player, but it starts right away, so it is useful to check a file from explorer.

To do this function, I just had to add 2 lines in my program. Yes only two line :o and not OOP need
PureBasic is really too easy, not even the time to pour yourself a coffee that you've already managed to implement yours ideas and it works the first time.
