PB on Aros?

Post by garretthylltun »

Has anyone tried running PB or PB made apps on Aros?

I was thinking about setting up an Aros box here to get the taste of Amiga
since I've never had an Amiga. I ran across Aros online at
http://www.aros.org/

Thanks,
-Garrett

Does AROS support m68k emulation now then?
If you paint your butt blue and glue the hole shut you just themed your ass but lost the functionality.

I'm not sure if it does yet or not. The Amiga scene is still new to me and
Aros even newer to me. I was basically looking around to see if there
were any dev tools for me to use on Aros and didn't see anything, so thought
maybe I'd see if there was any hope of PB on Aros.

I was under the impression that AROS was ablt to run "normal" Amiga programs... which means, it should have 68k emulation builtin.

Also, with WinUAE's excellent CPU-engine for free, I think the AROS guys have been able to borrow a bit from Toni (The WinUAE coder)
