run it without debugger OR COMPILE A EXE
and one more think ... you must be able to run the .exe file from any part of your hardisk instread "c:\xampp"

i have update the code with automatic options to disable enable the debugger ....

The ideea to switch on/off apache + mysql (the minimal you need to write php-mysql scripts on windows over apache server):
if is on will turn it off,if is off will turn it on ! the ideea is a switch
Compile it and/OR run it from anywhere of your computer ... theoretically must work ...
Here is the ...

do not upgrade!!!! is wrong !!!! you must uninstall (accept the option to delete your preferences and all stuff is now under firefox)
restart your computer and install 13.0.1 , flash plugin mozzila and ax for internet explorer ,then make sure you know what extension are install over,cause everyone ...

every Firefox version until 13.0.1 are slow and crash for extensions reason.
13.0.1 is starting fast, is stable , i use it by 3 weeks i think , i have no problems here! thanks Mozilla !
