Sorry, my mistake . You can run Exe be 64Bit-Os, but not run from
with 64-Bit-DLLs. These must be 32Bit-DLLs on 64Bit-OS.

But he write a 32-Bit-EXE with a 64-Bit-DLL on a 64-Bit-OS.
This should be correct.
