What's the rendering performance like Zach? it should be silky smooth, are there any graphical glitches? (a good example is try resizing a browser window there will be white flickering bands or jittering at the extremities etc..), try resizing from the the top left corner. Is the mouse cursor ...

The resizing works smooth and looks pretty good. I do not see any snapping functionality, so I'm not sure what is supposed to happen there, but it opened two windows I assume they were supposed to snap to each other when hovered near.
