Hi,
I'm trying to run WebGadget on Linux - remote sites load perfectly, but a string with HTML inside doesn't work.
Should I use SetGadgetItemText or something else?
Best regards,
joahim

Re: [newbie] Parsing UTF-8 unicode XML file
ReadStringFormat?
Huh, the XML file contains no EOL character, so the string would have > 1 MB.
Any ideas?

[newbie] Parsing UTF-8 unicode XML file
Hi,
I'm trying to write a simple program for parsing [UTF-8] XML files.
The built-in XML library has some license restrictions, so I decided to read the file step by step, using the command ReadUnicodeCharacter.
If OpenFile(1,"document.xml")
While Eof(1) = 0
something = ReadUnicodeCharacter(1 ...

LanguageTool works as a server - when you send for example:
http://localhost:8081/?language=xx&text=my+text
you receive a XML response:
<?xml version="1 ...

GUI design - general questions
Hi!
I've just started my adventure with PB (anyway, the last BASIC that I used to learn was Commodore Basic 2.0).
I'm working on my first [multi-platform] program, that would consist of some modules.
I'm looking for the best way for switching between modules:
