Why does the first call of an OpenFileRequester() forces an icon refresh on desktop?
Just your PC. Doesn't happen on both my PCs here.
I'm on a updated Win10 highend corparate laptop [nothing funny installed] and also get a icon update on the desktop with just: OpenFileRequester("", "", "", 0 ...

When I open it, the program open a window the size of my larger monitor but on my smaller primary unit. The result is that only the white part shows, no controls.
Swapping to only using my secondary monitor works.

It is very hard to really utilize parallell system and you will basically always start throttle back due to bottlenecks.
Memory bandwidth, general I/O caches, access to libraries etc. all have common parts shared with all processes.

Video is Intel HD Graphics 620 @ 125%, bute same @ 100% 1920x1080
On my old desktop it seems to be working, but on my normal laptop which often also have a second screen the pop-up is not ok and it never even opens on the secondary ...
