Keeping an image within an enclosed area
Most programming languages have a "gadget" to keep an image within a limited area of a window (i.e. "picturebox" in Visual Basic, or "canvas" in rapidq) so that if an image doesn't fit inside the defined area the part that doesn't fit is not displayed.
I can't figure out how to do this is Purebasic ...

Just installed a new state of the art PC myself, and I couldn't believe how slow it was with XP and a few proggies installed. Then I found a very good tweaking guide on http://clankiller.com/tech/WinXP/ an especially the instructions about "services" helped speeding things up. Now I have fun again !
