Is there a way to make a software to make a led hard disk activity monitor Cross Platform, at least win and mac??linux? With last PureBasic 5.70? Can SomeBody help Me??

I need only a software that tell to me via text, the state of the led of a hard disk or other I/O.....If working or not... thanks ...
