Even google couldn't say what's a "random prenium number"
Could be a mispelling? Or perhaps some north-europe language? ;)

Gif and Swf (flash) binary files headers are stored in this way, so I'll upgrade to those nice routines when needed :)

After checking the gif file structure, I've seen that the number of frames aren't stored somewhere. It's just a stream of frames, so you have to parse all the file until you reach the end...
Not sure will be faster than the Movie() command.

I have to intercept any mouse movement, keyboard press, to launch an event after some time of inactivity, just like the task that launches a screensaver...

Is it possible to use GetAsyncKeyState for any key instead to check ANY possible key?
What about mouse movement?

Thanks a lot.

In the company where I work, we build large and complex projects (CMS, CRM, DB with millions if records, all AJAX based) with great results. In PHP.
All is needed is competency and a good language (PHP, javascript, SQL).

just my 2 euro-cents.

Fred should work in more critical (and useful) issues instead of optimizing things already well done... IMHO

I would prefer faster than smaller too. (in-line procedures, un-rolled loops etc.)
