MySQL

I didn't get the ODBC version working. But using libmysqlclient.so.12 directly works for me. It's a piece of code I found on this forum and changed it a little to get it working on Linux. If it's usefull for you I can drop it here

Hi lexvictory. The code produces "Default" in the debug output... Unfortunately nothing else... But...

Dual screen

I'm searching for a way to open a screen on a second desktop while the 'main' program keeps running at desktop one. With ExamineDesktops() I can get the info about the second screen, but I can't find a way to open a (full)window on it.

The idea is to create a program for presentations with a beamer.

On the forum I found a nice piece of code (written for the Windows version) to make it a bit easier to use libmysqlclient.so.12. This is a relevant part to show my problem:
