Google has rejected my update on Germany & Canada
I don't understand; perhaps a bot .
I investigate now and try to update again. I will give you the result as soon as i have it.

with your specs the game will run smoothly (some players that already have the game have same without problem).
The only restriction is Ram who must be more than 1go.

I've test now with a VPN to USA and the game is available (install/buy button is here too).

ps: i've seen that Germany was not enabled by Google. I've make the change, so it will be available in Germany in few hours.
