However, the important thing is what has been used to compile the libs. If it's not the full paid-for Delphi then AFAIK you cannot include it in a commercial app.
I compiled it with a legal bought and registered version of Delphi 6 Professional.
Just to explain why people want to know about ...

Is it me, or some functions are not implemented !?

For example: X3D_SetSkyboxClouds(skybox.l, offset.f, size.f)

All functions in the manual are implemented, however I don't know if all work correct.

X3D_SetSkyboxClouds is working, you can see it in the MotionBlur demo, at least when you remove ...

Anything to do with glscene?

Strange, maybe it's because I use PB 3.90 and 3.91 needs another library format?

It's an OpenGL 3D engine with nice effects, some example programs and a bad documentation at the moment.
