So I had been wondering why I only had one review for my app on the Mac App Store when there have been sales almost daily since its release. Then I went to iTunes Connect today as I do on occasion and noticed a "Customer Reviews" link. I clicked on it and found that I had more reviews then what was being posted on the Mac App Store. Not sure what's going on but hope to get a reply soon.

Just thought I would post as if anyone else has an app on their store. You might want to verify your review postings on iTunes Connect. ;)

Hey J. Baker,

thanks for the hint. I wasn't aware of that, but found some nice comments about my Apps :-)

After a few emails with iTunes Connect, it looks like you only see reviews from your country on the Mac App Store. Which I find kind of weird as a few of the reviews in other countries were written in english. Either way, I feel that all reviews should be shown as it could help with sales.

Like I only have one review shown in the US, so it only looks like one purchase maybe to some buyers. Even though I have more purchases in the US then that, being not everyone reviews what the buy. But it just might not look like sales are good when a potential buyer sees that.

Oh well, what can you do.

jamirokwai - Glad to hear!

There are services that collect rankings and review information for you
I believe this is one of them

I'm using another one myself (App Annie) but that is only for the iOS store and not for the Mac Store.
I believe the link I posted above will also work for the Mac Store.
For the service I'm using I had to give them access to my iTunes connect account. To do so, I created an extra account for iTunes connect with limited access so they can access the information they need but don't have full access.

Edit:
I think I was wrong.
It looks like App Annie supports Mac Store also.
In case you want to check that one out also, here's the link

I purchased your app in Canada :)

I gave it 4 stars, only problem is when I import images it does not sort them properly :(

it seems to have problems when naming is similar to this.

image1.png
image2.png
image3.png
image4.png
image5.png
image6.png
image7.png
image8.png
image9.png
image10.png
image11.png

it will load Image1, then image10, image11, then image2 which is incorrect. I also tried
putting a zero in between like image010.png but that does not work,

Sorry to hear that but I know why that's happening. If your highest number has double digits, then so does the smallest number. Like...

image01.png
image02.png
image03.png
image04.png
image05.png
image06.png
image07.png
image08.png
image09.png
image10.png
image11.png

That way it can be configured in order. Does your app that you export your images support that? Or are you just renaming a few files?

Thanks for the purchase and rating!
