Can i purchase a Full older version?

Post by omnikam »

Is there a way to purchase and older version of PureBasic?
Im thinking 5.44 LTS
Much of my code requires to turn off "make unicade exe "from the compiler options, and i noticed that 5.6 does not have this option, and id prefer not to go through hundreds of programs and make them compatible. So is there a way to buy older versions? i need 5.44 LTS in the 65bit flavor

Yes you can buy an older version of PureBasic, so to speak.

If you purchase a license for PureBasic you get all current versions, all future versions, and consequentially, all past versions that are available via the PureBasic museum.

The PureBasic museum has versions as far back as version 2.0 for Windows x86 (released December 17 2000).

...there are no 65bit versions though  Only 32bit and 64bit. Still, that means it's a bit cheaper.......

If it sounds simple, you have not grasped the complexity.

omnikam...

Just curious... How did you manage to make 'hundreds of programs' with no license? :?

... perhaps they are small enough to be defined with the trial version?

I knew that, but the point I was eluding to was..

PureBasic is a very small community, and if I use this program to make 'hundreds' of programs,
I should at least purchase a license to support the developers.

It's not like I need to test it to see if it's suitable, obviously it is. :)
