Being able to set Create Image to 100% Transparent (#PB_Image_Transparent) is very useful, as is the alternative of being able to set the colour.
However, instead of RGB(), it would be much more useful to have RGBA() for back colour colour setting.
Benefits:
1) The amount of transparency can be controlled for any colour.
2) If the image is resized, there is no need to re-draw everything.
