Save copy as ...

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

Save copy as ...

Post by Josh »

In my office package I have not only 'Save as ...', I have 'Save copy as ...' too.

A nice and simple feature, would be cool to find in Pb-Ide too.
sorry for my bad english

I also suggest a "Create TimeStamp Backup File" where the backup name would be automatically timestamped, like <FileName_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS> or self-numbered.
(Timestamp in filename avoid errors when file was backup)

Yes I know history session DB, but keep multiple sources files is more simple and secure for backup project (standalone backup).
