ReceiveHTTPFile() with following redirections

Hi,

when downloading files from the web, sometimes it happens that a server replies with a 301 redirection, and the ReceiveHTTPFile() function seems to fail. It would be nice, if the function would follow such redirections, maybe optional with a flag (e.g. in Python the urllib does it automatically).
