IDE Reload All

The IDE has File\Close All and File Save All functions. It would be good to have File\Reload All.

How would it know which files to reload?
Or do you mean the just-closed ones?

...all the files that are currently loaded in the PB IDE (Reload all because they have been edited/updated outside of PB)
