[Implemented] Change timeout to less then 6 minutes .....

I originally posted in the bugs section since the linux OpenNetworkConnection was on 5 minutes and counting and still havent timed out. Right after I posted, it timed out ....

As of the time of this post, it takes 6 minutes for OpenNetworkConnection to time out in linux ..... .... ... Anyway we can make this less then 6 minutes? Maybe 15 - 30 seconds? Or even user definable?

That seems a bit excessive, but I too noticed issues like that.

I think this is either a configuration that need to be done in Linux or even in the driver itself.
