PB5.30 Problems window should save column widths

Hi,

it would be nice if the Problems window could save and restore the column width for each column. The text column is too small, so i have to enlarge it every time.

Even better, if the list view could measure the required size for each column and takes the rest for the Text column.

It would also be convenient if we could dock it at the bottom of the IDE window. There is more space for horizontal text as in the right or left pane.
