Here's a simple motion blur program. If your animation program lets you rescale the animation, this tool will come in handy. Below is a frame taken from a 15 frame animation. The animation was rescaled 25x. Giving me 25 layers per frame to blend together. Anyway, might come in handy for making sprites with motion blur.
