PureBasic 4.70 beta 1.5 (OS X only)

Post by Fred »

Hi there,

Well, i said 'last' for 1.4, but some important bugs raised since, so here we go with a new version. It should be more reliable overall, don't hesitate to report bugs as usual and a big thanks to all beta testers for their patience !

The Fantaisie Software Team.

Thanks again for the hard work, and also for releasing all these betas so quickly!!
We've all been able to test everything without getting stopped by a few bugs thanks to that, and the result is here, you fixed almost everything :D

Maybe not an issue from 4.70 Beta 1 but can i change the behavior of the horizontal scrollbar in the PureBasic IDE? The Scrollbar is permanently shown, also if there is no content to scroll. This is quiet ugly when you are using a magic mouse to scroll up and down. Doing so, you often scroll to the left or right when you just want to scroll up and down.

I am using OS X 10.8.

Btw... love to see the improvements on the Mac and Cocoa. Brings me back to PureBasic after Years.

Greetings

Michael

Just to be sure... on my accountpage at purebasic.com i only see one 4.70 Beta 1, no Beta 1.5. Is this always the newest Beta there? My About-Box says 4.70 Beta 1.

Greetings

Michael

This is the same on the windows IDE, it doesn't look great but I have no idea why it's not been sorted.

Yes, it is. The number didn't change, but it's an "updated" beta.
Fred posted a statement in the OSX v4.70 b1.1 thread... :)

Unfortunately I myself don't get a step forward with the new beta and my project, as I still get the IMA (hard to reproduce, as in a simple example code it doesn't happen...) - described here: http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtop ... 24&t=50852

Nice :)

It's been that way ever since 3.94 and possibly earlier but I never thought to report it.
