Re: Hive (Home InVEntory) program.
Created another inventory manager called MyStuff because Hive was so long ago and so ugly and my needs have evolved.
Will upload it to my web page soon but I need help with printing of the inventory records hopefully using the vector library.
If anyone has some time to look at the code, will upload it.
Some funny things happening under windows 7 when viewing a pdf in the web gadget that don't happen in windows 10 but I am happy with how it is going.

It's not Hive Jack, that's the old one.jack wrote:hello Rings, try http://members.westnet.com.au/bangfeast ... ive%201.7Z
The modern project (Work in progress) is called MyStuff1

Why does it always work for me and nobody else I wonder?
P.S> I cheated with the location icons, they are 'hardwired' for my own use but that's going to change soon.

Re: Hive (Home InVEntory) program.
Added some more improvements and I am happy with them. Thanks to everyone with the code help so far.
Been playing with the vector library but I don't understand math and having trouble with relative/absolute positioning and they don't end up looking like what is on screen so the printing will have to wait until I get help or I use an embedded html web form like I do with other projects.
And as far as the printing goes, I need advice from an insurance company as to how they want the inventory printed and what fields they want to see before I tackle this anyway.
Will upload the changes tomorrow. I think this is working well enough.

Re: Hive (Home InVEntory) program.
Hello goat lovers. Been unable to sleep in this damned heat and upon discussing things with the family, I forked the project to version 2 because they thought the ability to have the user choose their own icon for each location warranted the changes.
So grab a bunch of 16x16 icons, toss them into the local Store\Usericons directory and fire this project up.
You can get the updated project from:

Hope someone has a go at designing a nice print form for us!!

Re: Hive (Home InVEntory) program.
I'm too tired and in too much pain lately so...could anyone have a look at the code and teach me how to do some printing with the vector library with it?
Would be grateful, thanks.

Re: Hive (Home InVEntory) program.
Uploaded newer version of MyStuff, look for the link above or go to my web page.
Print routine for selected items in the main list. Printer code was provided by Jumbuck (as I had no idea) and massaged to suit my program.
Ability to select your own icons for Locations and categories. Just look through the code:)
Various fixes, error messages added, spelling mistakes hacked ect.
Not enough hours in the day to write changelogs or help files. Do those yourself.

I think you was really tired if you updated the DL link of MyStuff 2...
The link is not avaible, cause its a link to your harddisk .... file:///D:/bangf/Documents/.....
The right link seems to be : http://members.westnet.com.au/bangfeast ... uff%202.7z
