... yes, we still work on it... A lot of work has been done on the IDE as well as bugs in the libraries. To see what exactly has been fixed, please look at the answered post in the bugs section. Also the package now includes the latest fasm version. Note that we did not address all the reports done recently. Do not worry, they have not been forgotten, we just think it is time for another beta, so testers can benefit from the progress made so far (and keep testing) while we continue working on the remaining bugs. So do not worry, we will get to these bugs as well... Get the new beta on your personal download account, and keep those reports comming, we need them in order to reach a best possible result with the final release. The PureBasic Team |

I think he means an installer that installs all the needed files. |

simply click and run..... not change anything (per hand) in any configurationfile or some crypti console commands where my fingers are crossing. I like rapid development in every way. The first touch is the importants..... |

You can simply extract the package and run the IDE now. No need to change anything else. A setup that installs the needed dependancies is not possible, because each distro handles packages and updates differently. |

What about enabling an install via Synaptic? |

> You can simply extract the package and run the IDE now. No need to change anything else. I tried it but it didn't work. I got an error "/opt/kde3/bin/konsole" > What about enabling an install via Synaptic? That's not a very sensible comment, is it? |
