ADPCM understanding

Do anybody treated ADPCM sounds?
Which libraries are required?
Without librairies, did anybody know a code to convert ADPCM to PCM ?

the problem with Google is I do not appreciate a question like

" Do you find useful if Google suggest you a site like AdopteUneMature ? Yes? No? "

For a researching system, I think researching is too far...


However, I thank you for the second link : I will compare, because I get only saturated sound in the decoding process.
