Anyone who wrote a photoshop plugin?

I am using the paintshop pro from corel (as it is cheaper than photoshop) which also supports 8bf plugins to do image manipulations. It would be nice to add some own image tools to the program creating plugins. Haven't found hints in the forum that anyone has tried to write something like this in purebasic, does anyone else do?
