Re: Send a whatsapp message
Hmm.. I've got Whatsapp installed on my Win10 Pro computer's and visible on my Taskbar.
I find that if my cell phone is being charged or in another room I get instant taskbar notifications.
Besides I can type larger messages faster from my computer than my celll phone.
If PureBasic was able to Whatsapp a message that my Gold stocks needed attention, I'd pay for that.

- It was too lonely at the top.

@QuimV
You can use this: https://www.nuget.org/packages/WhatsAppAPI/
And you can wrap the methods to PB.

Once again a mod who prefers to reply to an ancient thread than to do his job as a moderator and delete spam.

@Josh
I recognized the post by Taylor123 and immediately marked it as spam:
But I can't delete. Only administrators can delete bot users with spam posts.
Because the question by QuimV (no spamer) is interesting, I answered his question afterwards. I didn't answer the spamer.

Sorry, I didn't know this. Regarding spam and mods/admins I'm still a little sensitive about these thread in the German forum. I think you know which thread I meanRSBasic wrote:But I can't delete. Only administrators can delete bot users with spam posts!

The english grammar is freeware, you can use it freely - But it's not Open Source, i.e. you can not change it or publish it in altered way.

Re: Send a whatsapp message
*sigh* just ask new users "what does the Z in the logo stand for" (the answer is found easily with google).
Keeping automated spam bots outside of a forum with a such a narrow bandwith of topics should be easy with questions like these
for real, though.
It IS possible to program your own client, but there are a few "traps" or hurdles that need to be taken into consideration. if the Server recognises that you're not an official client, bye bye (similar to a a webserver that ignores requests that don't come with a proper client description. it's clear that the request didn't come from a browser, but from a script of sorts, thus the server drops your request)
Like youtube, they often change these hurdles in order to filter out illicit clients. that's why most "APIs" you find online don't work anymore.

Re: Send a whatsapp message
A very good friend of mine who develops such scripts, I will contact him. If he is able to develop a script that will send WhatsApp messages via Purebasic, I will definitely share it with you.QuimV wrote:Has anyone tried to send a whatsapp message using purebasic?
