III. Using VisualC++ to develop PureLibraries

First, you have to get a recent version VisualC++ (we use 2010 edition).
"...we use 2010 edition..." => Is this still correct?

Now we use 2013 edition

As far as I can say:
2015 YES
2017 some link errors with the "own" written VS2017 libs and purebasic
